1. Platform

1.1. Our Platform is an online marketplace that enables users ("Buyers") to browse, view, and purchase a variety of products and services ("Products") offered by third-party sellers ("Sellers").

1.2. We do not process payment transactions and are not responsible for any transactions between Buyers and Sellers. We act solely as a facilitator, providing a venue for Buyers and Sellers to interact.

2. User Accounts

2.1. To use certain features of our Platform, you may need to register for a user account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of our Platform, including but not limited to any transactions between Buyers and Sellers.

4.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our Platform.

5. Indemnification

5.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Marketxplus, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
